How to Place an Order

We aim to fulfil all artwork requests within the agreed time of you receiving a confirmation email with the invoice attached, depending on the artist’s current commitments. You will be advised of a more accurate time scale at the time of inquiring.

To request further information about a commission/s you must complete and submit the relevant forms that can be found throughout the website or on the Contact Me web-page. Upon the receipt of a completed form, Art by T.Clark will contact you by email (unless you have stated a preference to being contacted by phone) to discuss your requirements in more detail. Once a verbal or written agreement has been made, you will be sent a confirmation email detailing your request which you are expected to respond to within 5 working days. You will be asked if you would like to go ahead with your requested commission. Once you have replied that you would like to go ahead with your requested commission you will be sent a second email of final confirmation with an attached invoice. All corresponding emails will be sent from; artbytclark@icloud.com

Once full payment from said invoice has been received, work on your requested commission will begin.

Delivery policy

Postage and packaging charges include the cost of sending the commission/s as well as the packaging material. P&P is charged per item. Orders are delivered to the delivery address requested by the customer.

Business address deliveries are fulfilled by courier, depending on the size of the commission/s.

In some cases, delivery is offered FREE of charge, however, unless stated, P&P will apply.

Payment details

For all commissioned work, the invoice should be paid, in full, as soon as possible to avoid delays or as set out in a confirmed agreement between customer and Art by T.Clark.

For orders of artwork or products directly purchased from the Art by T.Clark website shop – these should be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Though we check our system frequently to try and avoid errors, things can occasionally go wrong with the ordering process. If we make a mistake we will do our best to put things right as quickly as we can, with as little inconvenience to you as possible.
